Basic Lawn Care follows the same schedule as Full Lawn Maintenance with out the weekly mowing and no Aeration or Seed.
One Time Services include aeration, seed, fertilizer, lime, and pest controls.
**Optional Leaf Removal is priced based on actual leaf removal and can not be estimated the first year. Many factors affect the amount of leaves a property collects and how easy they are to remove. Wind direction, rain, location, and loss of trees all play a role in how much leaves are to be removed.
